Susan offers a unique form of life coaching where you take on an active role in the healing of your mind and body to achieve the equilibrium you need for optimum mental health. Think of her as being like a Mountain Guide; helping you plan your route, showing you a way you didn’t know was there, all the while helping you plan so that you achieve your goal.
